The theme of the second meeting is "Human rights"

The basic idea of human rights is that each one of us, no matter who we are or where we are born, is entitled to the same basic rights and freedoms. That may sound straightforward enough, but it gets incredibly complicated as soon as anyone tries to put the idea into practice. What exactly are the basic human rights? Who gets to pick them? Who enforces them and how? What are the universal human rights? Benedetta Berti explores the subtleties of human rights.

    6.As human rights by their nature are universal, common human nature for their welfare and protection requires international cooperation among all countries and peoples of the world.
    From the extent to which human rights have become a guide to life and moral value, directly depends on the mass and the effective participation of all segments of the population and people in practical activities for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms of the individual. It was one of the most difficult and complex problems. The rooting process in the public mind of the idea of inalienable human rights, understanding their implications for the development of the individual and humanity is slow and inconsistent. This circumstance is largely due to the current cultural, historical, religious, and national traditions that prevent perception of the universal nature of human rights and a lack of knowledge about the activities of the international community in the field of human rights.
